Australian Council for Healthcare Virtual Awards Event

The Australian Council on Healthcare Standards host the annual ACHS Awards, usually at a formal dinner event held in Sydney, but due to the circumstances with COVID-19, this year was delivered as a virtual awards event, reaching many hundreds more people.

The ACHS received a record number of entries in 2020, with many submissions focused on COVID-19 reponse management and business continuity plans.

The awards recognized the work that healthcare teams have had to do to adapt quickly to new priorities during a pandemic and re-assess their everyday activities. ACHS is proud to have been able to continue to host these awards that recognise the strong new innovations that will benefit patients and their families. The ACHS Virtual Awards Ceremony 2020 was held on the evening of Thursday 26 November
